Shield Secure shall keep all customer information and data strictly confidential and will not disclose any such information to a third Party except where the information is disclosed:

• to its employees and/or professional advisors to the extent necessary for the intended purpose or
• pursuant to a valid order issued by a court or government agency in which case Shield Secure will inform the customer in writing of such obligation
